Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ kg spare ribs
- 125 ml apricot juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Make a sauce from the ingredients and pour it over the ribs. Grill for 30 minutes, brushing occasionally with the sauce.
