Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 270 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda, or baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 80 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g sour cream
  • Fat, for the molds

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

First, combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar) and the wet ingredients (oil, eggs, and cream). Then combine everything and mix briefly with a wooden spoon until just a few flour spots remain. Add fruit, nuts, or other ingredients as desired. Fill greased muffin cups or baking cups two-thirds full with the batter and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes at 190°C (fan oven).
