Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 large chard leaves
  • 8 berries (kiwi berries)
  • 6 tbsp sour cream
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and finely chop the chard. Halve the kiwi berries. Stir together the dressing and season to taste. Mix everything together and serve.
