Quick bean salad with feta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 gr. can/n beans, green (or 500 g fresh and blanched)
  • 125 g feta cheese
  • 1 tsp dill, dried
  • 1 tsp, leveled herbs de Provence
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Drain the green beans. Dice the feta cheese into small pieces. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Refrigerate and let stand until ready to serve.
