Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 gr. can/n beans, green (or 500 g fresh and blanched)
- 125 g feta cheese
- 1 tsp dill, dried
- 1 tsp, leveled herbs de Provence
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Drain the green beans. Dice the feta cheese into small pieces. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Refrigerate and let stand until ready to serve.
