Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 rolls for baking
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • ½ bell pepper(s)
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 8 basil leaves
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 chili pepper(s), if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

light and quick snack or small dinner

Cut open the rolls (not baked). Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan oven). Finely dice the onion and bell pepper. Drain the tuna and add it to the vegetables along with the sour cream and grated cheese. Season well with the spices and mix well. Finely tear the basil and mix in. Spread the (relatively thick) mixture onto the roll halves. The topping will be relatively thick (and especially delicious) with three rolls. Bake the rolls for about 20 minutes, until the topping is a nice light brown. A light, quick snack for lunch or a small dinner that will leave everyone full and satisfied.
