- 400 g sour cream
- 200 g bacon or ham, finely diced
- Black pepper, coarsely ground
- 1 kg jacket potatoes, approx.

quick, easy, delicious
The recipe is super quick and easy. Fry bacon or ham in a little rapeseed oil. Let it cool briefly. Stir in the two cups of sour cream and season with pepper. Served with boiled potatoes – a dream come true and a great alternative to potato salad.
