Jacket potatoes with ham sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 package of diced ham
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • some pepper
  • n. B. herbs, fresh, chopped
  • 1 kg potatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

It’s quick and delicious

Wash the potatoes and cook them in salted water. Fry the ham cubes in a pan without fat until slightly crispy. Then add the crème fraîche and stir well. Season with a little pepper and herbs, if desired. Additional salt is not necessary. Serve with the boiled potatoes. As the sauce cools, it will become relatively thick and is perfect as a dip.
