Minced meat with corn and cheese sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1,000 g minced pork
  • 2 cans of corn
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 4 red bell peppers
  • 4 packs of processed cheese (cream and Gouda, preferably 2 of each)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • some butter
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • possibly milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Caution: Calorie bomb, but very tasty, quick to prepare

Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and fry in a little butter until nicely browned. Meanwhile, dice the bell peppers and drain the corn. Then put everything in a pot, add the cream and cheese, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Finally, finely chop the garlic and add it. Season to taste and/or add a little milk if the sauce is too thick. It goes best with spirelli, but we’ve sometimes eaten it on its own. It’s best to make everything in one pot; that saves you some washing up.
