Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 300 g flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 5 tbsp Nutella
  • possibly chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, sour cream, and Nutella in a bowl and mix. Mix the flour and baking powder and fold in. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 50 minutes. Tip: It won’t dry out even after 2-3 days. If you like, you can also add some chocolate shavings to the batter.
