Ramen Soup
The perfect ramen soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 60 ml Soy sauce
- 30 ml Sesame oil
- 0,33 tsp Chili powder
- 15 ml Lime juice
- Oil
- 200 g Pork meat
- 60 g Ramen noodles
- Water hot
- 300 ml Chicken broth
- 30 g Chives
- 50 g Red peppers
- 1 Pc. Tortillas
- 1 Pc. Chilli pepper
- Bring the soy sauce, sesame oil, chili powder and lime juice to the boil in a saucepan while stirring.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pork in it. When it has cooled, cut into slices.
- Pour hot water over the ramen noodles and let it steep for 3 minutes.
- Chop the chives, cut the tortilla into strips and fry, cut the peppers into strips.
- Put a few tablespoons of the soy stock in a bowl and fill up with the chicken stock. Put the pasta in the broth. Add the meat, chives, bell peppers, a handful of the fried tortilla and chilli pepper to the soup. Drizzle some soy stock over the deposits.
