Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • Salt
  • Spice mix (Chinese spice)
  • Soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente. Season the minced meat with the Chinese spice mix and fry. Slice the washed leek until light green, clean and slice the mushrooms, and dice the onion. Add everything to the minced meat and fry for a few minutes. Stir in the noodles and season with soy sauce.
