Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- 500 ml tomato(s), pureed
- e.g. mushrooms
- 1 bunch of soup vegetables
- 1 pack of Italian herbs (frozen)
- n. B. carrot(s)
- Olive oil for frying
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 1 tsp spice mix (tomato seasoning salt)
- 1 tsp basil
- 400g spaghetti
- salt water
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely chop the onions, garlic, and vegetables. Brown the minced meat with the onions, garlic, and mushrooms in a pan and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the passata, vegetables, and herbs and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Add the spices and let them simmer. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water as usual.
