Chili – Cream Cheese – Minced Meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 250 g diced ham
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 bottle of chili sauce
  • 1 cup of cream
  • salt and pepper
  • little oil

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Brown the minced meat in a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Then add the diced ham and cook. Meanwhile, whisk together the cream cheese, chili sauce, and cream in a bowl. Add the minced meat and ham mixture and mix well. Spread everything evenly in a baking dish. Now bake everything in the oven for about 15-25 minutes. It’s ready when it starts to bubble gently. I always serve it with herb baguette, but rice and pasta also go wonderfully with it.
