Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 450 g butter or margarine
- 400 g sugar
- 9 eggs
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 75 g cocoa powder
- 150 g hazelnuts, ground
- 1 ½ tbsp rum, or a bottle of rum flavoring
- Chocolate glaze
- Fat, for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Mix the ingredients into a batter. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. Once cooled, cover with chocolate glaze.
