Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 5 eggs
- 100 g chocolate, melted
- 120 g nuts, grated
- 2 apples, grated
- 250 g flour, smooth
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
For the batter, separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks with butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Add the melted chocolate, nuts, baking powder, and flour to the egg yolk mixture and mix well. Then fold in the two grated apples and the beaten egg whites. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 1 hour.
