Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 150 ml tomato ketchup
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- salt and pepper
- 2 pinches of allspice powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 50 ml lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 pork fillet(s), at least 600 g
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Pork fillet in exotic marinade
For the ketchup, mix all ingredients. Cut the meat lengthwise into approximately 0.5 cm thick slices. Brush with half of the ketchup and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side and serve with the remaining ketchup. Serve with grilled pepperoni. Approx. 155 kcal per serving.
