Oven-baked potato wedges

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 potatoes
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 220°C. Peel potatoes and cut into wedges (eighths). Mix oil with seasonings in a bowl. Add potato wedges and mix everything together. Place potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 30-40 minutes.
