Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 600 g yogurt, set
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 3 tsp olive oil
- Garlic, to taste
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Whisk the yogurt, then whisk in the olive oil to combine. Now stir in the coarsely grated cucumber and crushed garlic and season with salt. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. It’s perfect for meat, as a dip, or just as a snack with some bread.
