Quick pasta and ham casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g pasta
  • 200 g ham, cooked, finely chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • n. B. Cheese of your choice, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder
  • n. B. Onion(s), granulated
  • some ketchup
  • some herbs, chopped, of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, or use leftover pasta from the day before. Place it in a bowl and mix with the finely chopped ham and a good 3/4 of the grated cheese. Mix the sour cream with the spices and granulated onions. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix together and pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately. Tip: It also tastes delicious if you mix the sour cream with crème fraîche, herbs, or garlic. Quickly thawed frozen broccoli also works well to mix in. The quantities are only a rough guideline; you can easily vary them as you see fit.
