Mushrooms on bread

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and diced
  • 50 g ham, diced
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 slices of brown bread
  • salt and pepper
  • Butter, for frying
  • Parmesan
  • Parsley or cress

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean and slice the mushrooms, dice the onion, and sauté both in butter in a pan. Add the tomatoes and diced ham and sauté for about 5 minutes (with the lid uncovered). Press the garlic clove through a press and add it. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the parsley or cress. Spread the mixture onto the slices of bread (toast first if you like) and sprinkle with a little grated Parmesan cheese.
