Tea – Fruit Punch

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 13 g tea (open Assam tea)
  • 1 liter of water
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 lemon(s), untreated
  • 2 orange(s), untreated
  • ¼ liter lemon juice
  • ¼ liter orange juice
  • 125 g strawberries
  • Mineral water, some

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

ideal for the garden party, without alcohol

Pour one liter of boiling water over the tea leaves. Let it steep for five minutes. Strain the tea, stir in the sugar, and chill. Slice the lemon and orange and add them to the tea along with the strawberries. Finally, dilute the punch with mineral water to taste.
