Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g bacon
  • 2 pairs of sausages (Wiener), sliced
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ cube of stock, fat
  • salt and pepper
  • some flour or
  • Sauce thickener, light

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the bacon and onion. Fry the bacon in a pan, then fry the sausages, add the onion and butter, and deglaze with the passata. Season with pepper, salt, and fatty broth, and thicken with flour or a thickener.
