Mett casserole with rice

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 point rice (Mediterranean express rice)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 tbsp, strained broth, grained

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Prepare the rice in the microwave according to the package instructions. Combine the ground beef, rice, and diced bell peppers and place in a casserole dish. Mix the cream with a tablespoon of broth and pour over the casserole. Bake in the oven at approximately 180°C for 30-45 minutes.
