Spanish pizza with Serrano ham, lots of mozzarella and olives

Knead the dough ingredients into a non-stick, easily pliable dough, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season the chopped tomatoes generously with garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Spread this mixture over the pizza dough. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into thin slices, and spread them evenly on the pizza dough. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and cover the tomatoes with them. Halve the olives and place them on the mozzarella. Sprinkle the pizza with a pinch of salt and a little oregano. Bake in the preheated oven at maximum temperature for about 10-15 minutes, until the edges are crispy and brown and the cheese is lightly browned and melted. Arrange the ham slices on the pizza before serving.
