Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 tbsp mustard, hot
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs

Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic. Place the low-fat quark in a bowl and mix with about 3 tablespoons of water until creamy. Add the mustard, chili, and paprika and stir the quark until it turns a uniform pink. Add the onions, garlic, ground beef, and breadcrumbs and knead thoroughly. With wet hands, form patties and fry them on both sides over low heat. Serve with homemade bread and a cucumber salad with yogurt.
