Vanilla toast with strawberries and bananas

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g strawberries
  • 2 small bananas
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 ml milk 0.1%
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 4 slices of toast
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar
  • 8 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

WW-suitable

Whisk together the egg, milk, and vanilla sugar. Cut the toast into triangles, briefly coat in the egg-milk mixture, and allow the liquid to absorb evenly and thoroughly. Chop the strawberries and slice the banana. Heat a large pan with oil. Fry the toast wedges on both sides until crispy and brown. Arrange banana and strawberry slices on each serving. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.
