delicious leftovers from my grandma’s 60s

Spread the potato salad on the slice of bread and spread it evenly. Then arrange the sausage or ham on top. Fry a fried egg in a small nonstick pan with 1 teaspoon of rapeseed oil and place it on the bread. Lightly salt it. I loved this bread back then, and now I’ve finally written it down so it won’t be forgotten. I don’t know where my grandma copied this recipe, but it sounds very Clemens Wilmenrod-like.
