Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g tortellini from the refrigerated section
- 250 g creamed spinach, frozen, thawed
- 100 g cocktail tomatoes
- 100 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
with spinach and tomatoes
Combine the tortellini with the thawed spinach in a baking dish, halve the cherry tomatoes, and fold them in. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes.
