  • 200 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 400 g broccoli
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 150g mozzarella
  • 200 g ham, cooked

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook spaghetti in salted water. Cook broccoli in salted water for about 3 minutes. Whisk together the eggs and milk, season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together and pour into a loaf pan. Arrange sliced ​​mozzarella on top. Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
