Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g pasta (spaghetti)
- 400 g broccoli
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- 150g mozzarella
- 200 g ham, cooked
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook spaghetti in salted water. Cook broccoli in salted water for about 3 minutes. Whisk together the eggs and milk, season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together and pour into a loaf pan. Arrange sliced mozzarella on top. Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
