Spelled Salad with Lettuce from Windowsill

Dressing:
- 2 Carrots, peeled and cut into strips
- 0,5 Can Corn, drained
- 1 medium sized Tomato, diced
- 1 medium sized Red onion, cut into strips
- Many lettuce leaves from balcony
- Spice vinegar
- Basil oil
- 1 Tl Honey liquid
- Mustard medium hot
- Lime juice
- Provencal herbal salt
- Red onion salt
- Some black cumin
- Some long pepper, crushed
- Put all of the first ingredients in a salad bowl and mix them together.
- Mix the dressing in a bowl and season to taste.
- Now pour the dressing over the salad and let everything cool for about 30 minutes and let it steep. Then season again to taste and serve cold. Small wholefood salad with fresh greens from balconies. Have fun!
