Ingredients
 

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 1 Ripe avocado
  • 1 Orange
  • 150 ml Sour cream 10% fat
  • 0,5 Lemon
  • 0,25 Tl Sugar
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 3 Pinches Sal de Flor Orange
  • Balsamic cream as decoration
  • 2 Stalk Finely chopped coriander

Instructions
 

  • Wash the salad, cut into small pieces, spin dry, cut or chop coriander very finely
  • Halve the orange, fillet one half and cut into small pieces, the juice from the other half is used for the dressing
  • Remove the peel from the avocado, chop it up and drizzle immediately with the lemon juice
  • Make dressing from the other ingredients, add sugar to your taste
  • Put the lettuce leaves with the orange and avocado in a bowl and pour the dressing over it. Who likes to drizzle with basamico.
