Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 4 slice(s) pineapple, from the can
- 8 slice(s) cooked ham, thin slices
- 8 tsp cranberries, from the jar
- 100 g Gouda, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Drain the pineapple and halve the slices. Place 1 slice of ham in each raclette pan, add 1 halved pineapple slice, and scatter 1 teaspoon of cranberries on top. Sprinkle with about 2 tablespoons of cheese. Bake in the hot raclette grill until the cheese has melted. 102 kcal per serving.
