Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 800 g braised cucumber(s)
- 250 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 20 g butter
- 1 tbsp flour or sauce thickener
- Paprika powder, hot
- Sugar
- dill
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
with chicken breast
Peel the cucumbers, halve them lengthwise, and remove the seeds with a spoon. Then cut the cucumbers into pieces about 1 cm wide. Cut the chicken breast fillets into pieces and fry them in oil until hot. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, then remove. Add the cucumbers, onion, and butter to the pan, fry, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the vegetable stock and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Add the chicken breast fillet, stir in the crème fraîche, and thicken slightly with flour (or a sauce thickener). Add a pinch of sugar and season with salt and pepper. Add plenty of dill (to taste). Serve with rice.
