Sausage and Vegetable Skewers
The perfect sausage and vegetable skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Grilled sausages approx. 400 g
- 1 Red bell pepper approx. 200 g
- 3 Onions approx. 200 g
- 8 Wooden skewers
- 0,5 Cup Cup of sunflower oil
- 2 tsp Mild curry powder
- 2 Stalk Parsley
- 2 Small tomatoes
- 2 Barbecue sauces
- Rolls or baguettes
- Cut the grilled sausages into 24 pieces (approx. 2 – 3 cm long). Clean and wash the peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onions, quarter them, cut into wedges and assemble them apart. Thread the ingredients (fried sausage pieces, paprika pieces and onion wedges) alternately on 8 wooden skewers. Thread the remaining onion wedges onto 1 wooden skewer. Heat a pan with sunflower oil (½ cup) and slowly fry the sausage and vegetable skewers one after the other (4 pieces + 4 pieces and onion skewers) on both sides, sprinkle with mild curry powder and remove. Served here for 2 people (4 pieces). The rest is needed for a dish *) the next day.
