Iceberg lettuce with cucumber in tuna mayonnaise dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • ½ can tuna without oil
  • 6 tbsp salad cream or mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chives, fresh, chopped
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim and wash the iceberg lettuce, then cut into thin strips or squares. Wash the cucumber and dice or thinly slice it. Whisk the dressing until creamy and season to taste. Combine the iceberg lettuce, cucumber, and dressing and pour into bowls or salad bowls.
