Tuna egg noodles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • Water (salt water)
  • 2 cans of tuna in oil
  • 1 bunch of onions (small spring onions)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp oil
  • possibly garlic, can be omitted

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. Trim the spring onions and slice into rings. Drain the tuna. Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and whisk. Chop the parsley and, if desired, the garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and gently fry the spring onions and tuna briefly over low heat. Then add the pasta, season with salt and pepper. Crack the eggs over the top and let it set. Stir frequently. We serve it with a mixed salad.
