Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 fish fillets (pangasius)
- 1 bunch of herbs
- some flour
- 1 salt and pepper
- 4 dl Hollandaise sauce (recipes in the database)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Coat the fish in flour, season lightly with salt and pepper, and sear briefly over high heat. Then place the fish in an ovenproof dish and season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with herbs. Pour the warm hollandaise sauce over the fish and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes. Serve the fish with boiled potatoes and spinach or with fried potatoes.
