Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 250 g broccoli
  • 350 g turkey breast
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ cup cream
  • 500 ml water, hot
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. garlic granules
  • 1 stock cube

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Dice the onion and zucchini and fry briefly in a little oil. Add the diced turkey breast and fry until the meat is cooked through. Dissolve the stock cube in hot water and pour it over the meat and vegetables. Cut the broccoli into small pieces and sauté. When the broccoli is nice and soft, stir in the cream. Season with garlic granules, salt, and pepper. This dish goes well with potatoes, rice, pasta, or bread dumplings.
