Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 small onions
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp herbs, Italian
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 300 g minced meat
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 ciabatta rolls for baking
  • n. B. Cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel and dice the onions, trim and dice the bell peppers. Add the mustard, egg, herbs, breadcrumbs, onions, and bell peppers to the minced meat and mix until smooth. Halve the ciabatta rolls and divide the mixture between the halves. Sprinkle with grated cheese, if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes.
