Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 small chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 small potato(s)
- some bacon, diced or sliced
- some cheese, grated
- some parsley
- some rosemary
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- some olive oil

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Halve the chicken breast fillet crosswise and season both sides with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Briefly sear the meat on both sides and place it in a suitable casserole dish. Thinly slice the washed potato and arrange it on top of the meat. Briefly sear the bacon and place it on top of the potato slices. Drizzle with a little olive oil and scatter the herbs over it. Sprinkle the casserole with cheese and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25 to 30 minutes.
