Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 20 g baking cocoa
  • 20 g peanut butter
  • 10 g cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 70 ml water
  • some sweetener
  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 100 g berries, frozen
  • some vanilla
  • 10 g psyllium husks
  • some vanilla syrup (calorie-free from MyProtein)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

approx. 2 slices

For the dough, mix the ingredients thoroughly, spread it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and spread it out to a thickness of about 1 cm. Bake the dough for 10 minutes at 250°C (480°F) using conventional heat. Meanwhile, mix the natural yogurt with the berries and a little vanilla, and add 5-10 g of psyllium husk until the mixture resembles a cream. Remove the base from the oven and let it cool. Then either spread the mixture over the base and roll it into a log, or, as in the photo, cut it in half and arrange it like a sandwich. If necessary, refrigerate everything for a while afterwards. Serve the slices with the syrup. About 2 slices
