Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g bacon, streaky, lean, diced
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 class can/n corn kernels, 400 g
  • 1 class can/n beans, (baked beans), 200 g
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quick Lunch – Food

Brown the bacon in a large pan and briefly sauté the onions. Add the tomatoes, corn kernels, baked beans, and stock cubes and mix well. Heat through and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Serve with crusty white bread.
