Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Preheat the oven to 175°C fan/convection oven. Whisk the eggs, stevia, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Slowly melt the dark chocolate and semi-skimmed margarine over low heat in a double boiler. It’s especially important that no water enters the pan. Let the pan cool down so the egg doesn’t flake when added. Add the cooled chocolate-margarine mixture to the egg, stevia, and vanilla sugar mixture, add the yogurt, and mix well. Add the flour, nuts, cocoa powder, and salt and mix well. Either grease a baking sheet well or line it with baking paper. Spread the dough onto the sheet so that it’s about 2-3 cm thick. Place in the oven on the middle rack for about 10 minutes. Check regularly with a wooden skewer. There should still be a tiny bit of dough left on the skewer. The dough should still be soft, so don’t let it get crispy. Let the tray cool, then spread a thin layer of chocolate coating. Finally, cut everything into small pieces.
