Spicy vermicelli with minced meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g noodles (vermicelli)
  • 50 g butter
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chili flakes
  • 2 onions
  • 800 g minced beef
  • 1 can/n tomatoes
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • chives
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick, very tasty dish

First, heat the butter with half the oil in a large pan. Add the vermicelli, adding a little water at a time, until they are al dente. Then, in another pan, fry the diced onions, garlic, and chili flakes with the remaining oil. Add the minced meat and sear until crisp. Drain the tomatoes, add them to the meat along with the tomato paste, and season with salt, pepper, and a little sugar. Finally, mix everything together and serve.
