  • 500 g minced meat
  • 800 g leek
  • 1 tbsp curry paste, red
  • 4 cl soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 ½ cup(s) water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the leek and slice it into rings; you should have 800g left over. Fry the leek in oil and remove from the pan. Then fry the minced meat until crumbly. Mix cornstarch with soy sauce and water to deglaze the minced meat. Add the curry paste and mix well. Add a little more water if necessary; it should be creamy but not too runny. Then add the leek, season with salt and pepper if desired, and heat through. Rice goes best with this.
