Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken fillets
- 150 g whipped cream
- 1 tsp instant chicken broth
- 150 g cream cheese with herbs
- 150 g cheese (sliced cheese) with herbs
- 75 g Parmesan, grated
- basil, fresh
- salt and pepper
- 200 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
with three kinds of cheese
Sear the meat for about 2 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper, and remove. Deglaze the pan with 200 ml water and cream, bring to a boil, and stir in the chicken stock. Pour the sauce into a casserole dish and add the fillets. Spread the cream cheese on the fillets. Chop some basil and sprinkle over the meat. Place the herb-flavored cheese on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
