Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 300 g cottage cheese
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 spring onions
- Salt
- pepper

very quick and low carb
First, fry the chicken breast in a pan, seasoning with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, press the garlic into the cottage cheese, mix with the soy sauce, add the finely chopped onion, and season with salt and pepper. Slice the chicken breast fillets in half on one side and place them in an ovenproof dish. Pour the cottage cheese mixture over them and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C. Serve and sprinkle with spring onions to taste. Delicious and filling without any side dishes, making it perfect for a low-carb diet.
