Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- 2 tomatoes
- 200g Gorgonzola
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash and pound the meat, and season with salt and pepper. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Slice the Gorgonzola as well and set both aside. Heat a pan with a little olive oil and brown the schnitzels on both sides. Place the meat in a baking dish and arrange the tomato slices on top. Cover with Gorgonzola. Bake the schnitzels in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes to bake.
