Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 400g spaghetti
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp mixed herbs, Italian
- 200 ml water
- 250 ml sour cream
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 2 tbsp Parmesan
- Spice mix, Italian
- 250g mozzarella
- 100 g breakfast bacon, sliced
- some oil
- ½ bunch basil
- Grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions and drain in a colander. Combine the tomato paste with water, herbs, sour cream, eggs, and Parmesan cheese. Mix in the spaghetti and spread everything on a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle the sheet with the Italian seasoning. Dice the mozzarella and spread it over the spaghetti, then place the bacon on top. Finely chop the basil and sprinkle it on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes.
